Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final. Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the cases outlined below.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right — no need to return it. Simply:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of delivery
  2. Send a clear photo of the damage or defect to the email on your order confirmation
  3. Include your order number

We'll submit the claim to our manufacturer and send you a free replacement. You keep the original item.

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REPLACEMENT

  • Size or color preference changes
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Claims submitted more than 15 days after delivery

SHIPPING COSTS No return shipping required. Replacements are shipped at no cost to you.
