1. Overview

At Army Air Corps Plus, we work with trusted fulfillment partners to produce and ship your order as quickly and accurately as possible. Many of our products are custom-made and printed on demand. Please review this Shipping Policy before placing your order.

2. Production & Processing Time

All products are made to order.

Production typically takes 3–7 business days before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

3. Fulfillment Centers

Depending on the product ordered, your package may ship from one of the following fulfillment locations:

4. Domestic Shipping (United States)

Estimated shipping times after production:

• T-Shirts & Apparel: 5–10 business days

• Hoodies & Sweatshirts: 5–10 business days

• Coffee Mugs: 5–10 business days

• Hats: 7–15 business days

• Specialty Drinkware: 5–10 business days

Shipping rates are calculated during checkout and may vary depending on destination, product type, and order size.

Please note that total delivery time equals production time plus shipping time.

5. International Shipping

We primarily ship within the United States.

International shipping may be available on a limited case-by-case basis. Customers outside the United States should contact us before placing an order to confirm shipping availability and pricing.

International orders may be subject to:

• Customs duties

• Import taxes

• Government fees

• Brokerage charges

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Army Air Corps Plus is not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges imposed by destination countries.

6. Shipment Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow 24–48 hours for carrier tracking systems to update.

7. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately if products are fulfilled from different facilities.

If this occurs, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and separate deliveries.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Army Air Corps Plus is not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen.

If your package appears lost during transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

9. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If you discover an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately.

10. Holidays & Shipping Delays

Shipping carriers may experience delays during peak seasons, holidays, severe weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on carrier performance.

11. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged product

• Photos of the packaging

Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
