825th Bomb Squadron

The 825th Bombardment Squadron was a World War II B-24 Liberator unit assigned to the 484th Bomb Group, primarily flying strategic bombing missions in the Mediterranean Theater from Italy (1944–1945). It earned two Distinguished Unit Citations for missions against enemy oil, industrial, and transportation targets before inactivating in July 1945.
